Data Intelligence 2026
On Tuesday 8 September, we brought data professionals from across Ireland and the UK together at the Ashling Hotel for Data Intelligence 2026. The aim was simple: less theory, more of what’s actually working out there.

And the speakers delivered. We heard how AI is pulling features out of utility drone imagery, how councils are automating public services with FME, and how data is helping daa plan the expansion of critical transport infrastructure. Different sectors, same message. The organisations getting the most from their data are the ones putting it to work on real problems.
The conversations didn’t stop at the end of each session either. The coffee break was buzzing, with attendees swapping ideas and comparing challenges. The afternoon panel then gave everyone the chance to put their own questions to the speakers and dig deeper into the day’s big themes. It was a great reminder that some of the best insights come from simply bringing the right people into the same room.

A big thank you to our speakers

- Gavin Park, DataBuilders: An MCP Future Supported by FME
- Ciaran Kirk, IMGS: Leveraging AI in Geo-Applications, and Utility Drone Data
